1st Blog

Hi everyone, my name's Taylor Mcnicol, I took this class (writer's Craft) because i dropped co-op and i had to fill up my day 2. I'm actually quite glad i did, because this class seems pretty neat, and i think i probably would've chosen to take it anyway. In this class i hope to learn how to be more confident in my writing and just get more skill or something.
Writers i admire are probably Rhonda Byrne she wrote "The Secret" and she has a new book called "The Power" and i always like to read those books because they have interesting stuff in them. I also like James Frey he wrote a million little pieces , it's supposed to be a biography, but apparently he made some of it up, but i don't care because i really liked the book.

After high school I either want to go to Art school, or be a flight attendant. I haven't decided, but i think even if i do go to art school, i'll probably want to be a flight attendant after, because no matter what i decide i want to do, i always come back to flight attendant. I would just like to verify that i don't want to go to art school because i think i'm so amazing at art or anything, because if anyone sees my art and thinks i think that they wouldn't be impressed. I just want to go because i love art, and i want to get better at it.

I don't really know what get's me out of bed every morning, hence why i always miss the bus i suppose, also hence why i'm writing this blog post at 9:48pm because i missed class today. I guess seeing my friends get's me out of bed, and when i put on my Ipod that wakes me up a bit. Oh, also i love food, so food is definately what gets me out of bed!

Well i guess thanks for reading this, sorry if it bored you. :)

  1. Hey, Taylor!
I'm glad I have the chance to work with you again this year. Don't feel a need to apologize for what you perceive as your lack of artistic skills--I imagine you are more talented than you believe. Having two career choices in mind is a good thing. The trend for people these days seems to be changing careers at least once. I think it's exciting and gives you a chance to experience more out of life.
    cheers,
    Miss Feick
